Roc-D

TAKING A LOCAL BUSINESS DIGITAL.

Client: ROC-D-Restroom Odor Control & Delivery

Industry: Commercial Odor Control
Scope: Website Design, Brand Refresh, Digital Strategy, Bilingual Experience, Video Production + Online Systems

The Context

ROC-D had years of experience providing commercial restroom odor-control solutions, but its digital presence wasn't doing the business justice.

The brand, website, and online customer experience needed to better communicate what ROC-D offered, how the system worked, and why it was different. There was also an opportunity to make the business easier to discover, understand, and interact with online.

Back Pocket Co. helped bring those pieces together into a clearer, more modern digital presence built around the way ROC-D actually does business.

Our Role

Back Pocket Co. worked with ROC-D across branding, website development, content, and digital strategy to create a more cohesive customer experience from first impression through getting started.

The goal wasn't simply to make the website look better. It was to make the business easier to understand and easier to use.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

• Rebuilt and redesigned the ROC-D website around a clearer customer journey
• Refreshed the existing brand and logo with a cleaner, more professional identity
• Organized services and products so commercial customers could quickly understand the available solutions
• Developed product-focused content explaining how ROC-D's odor-control systems work
• Created a bilingual website experience to better serve both English- and Spanish-speaking customers
• Produced original video content for use throughout the website
• Connected ROC-D's existing external customer/service platform with the new website
• Improved site structure, navigation, and calls to action
• Built the foundation for stronger SEO and online discoverability
• Created a digital system designed to support ROC-D's product-and-delivery model as the business grows

The Result

ROC-D went from having a dated and fragmented online presence to a digital experience that more accurately reflects the business behind it.

Customers now have a clearer path to understand ROC-D's products, learn how the system works, explore available solutions, and access the services they need.

More importantly, the website was built around a model that can grow with the company — using digital education, product accessibility, and streamlined systems to reduce unnecessary friction for both ROC-D and its customers.

ONE BUSINESS. TWO LANGUAGES.

A bilingual digital experience designed to make ROC-D more accessible to the customers and teams it serves.

What This Shows About BPco

A better website isn't just about changing how a business looks.

It's about understanding how the business works, identifying where the digital experience is getting in the way, and building something that makes the entire operation easier to understand and use.

That's what Back Pocket Co. helped ROC-D accomplish.
