ManaMart
FROM MOMENTUM TO SCALE.
Client: ManaMart
Industry: Trading Cards + Live Commerce
Scope: Brand Strategy, Operations, E-Commerce, Live Sales + Event Support
The Context
ManaMart was already an established trading card business with a growing presence on Whatnot, strong product sourcing, and a loyal customer base.
As the business grew, so did the complexity behind it. More products, larger shows, convention appearances, and new opportunities meant the systems behind the scenes needed to grow with it.
Back Pocket Co. stepped in to help bring structure to that growth, strengthening the brand, streamlining operations, and helping turn new opportunities into repeatable systems.
Our Role
Back Pocket Co. has worked alongside ManaMart across both the customer-facing brand and the operations that keep it moving.
Rather than reinventing what was already working, the focus has been on identifying opportunities, solving problems, and building systems that make the business easier to operate and better positioned to grow.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Refined inventory and fulfillment workflows for high-volume live sales
Developed scalable processes for major product releases and high-traffic shows
Helped shape the customer experience across Whatnot and live events
Supported convention strategy, merchandising, product selection, pricing, and promotional timing
Developed and tested new show formats, promotions, and sales concepts
Helped strengthen ManaMart's visual identity and overall brand presentation
Supported the continued expansion of products, events, and sales opportunities
The Result
ManaMart evolved from a growing live-commerce operation into a more structured, recognizable, and scalable brand.
With stronger systems behind the scenes and a more consistent customer experience out front, the business has been able to handle larger product launches, expand its convention presence, and continue growing without losing the personality that made it successful in the first place.
$1M+ ANNUAL REVENUE
Reached as ManaMart continued scaling its live-commerce operation and brand presence.
What This Shows About BPco
Growth doesn’t always mean starting over. Sometimes the right move is identifying what’s already working, strengthening the systems behind it, and building from there.
